These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) along with privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) forms a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between User and Us (“ClassInsta”, “Our”, “We”, “Us”).
We, therefore, insist that user goes through the Terms and Privacy Policy to know more about the Agreement between Us and user.

A. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1. Capitalized terms, have the following meanings:
“App” means the ClassInsta android application downloadable from Google Play and owned by ClassInsta, including any updates thereof.
“User” or “You” or “Your” refers to a natural person who has accepted this Agreement for downloading and using the App.

B. YOUR APPROVAL
By downloading and/or installing ClassInsta on Your device, you approve of and accept the terms of this Agreement.
You may accept this Agreement only if
“App” means the ClassInsta android application downloadable from Google Play Store, including any updates thereof.
“User” or “You” or “Your” refers to a natural person who has accepted this Agreement for downloading and using the App.
If you do not understand the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, we request you not to use the APP

C. PROVISION OF THE APP
The App is meant to provide a platform for coaching and school owners to manage their institutes and sell their courses online. If you are a part of a coaching or online class, when you join a batch, you authorize the coaching owner to use your personal details and manage your class profile. When you want to buy a course, you view the course and then if you choose to purchase, you are directed to the payment gateway. You, therefore, agree and acknowledge that though the App tries providing the best possible view and description of the course you intend to buy, the App is not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the course quality as highlighted that may be accessed by You through the App, as products are uploaded on the platform by respective coaching owners. You are , therefore, advised to place an order after careful analysis of the course. In case you find that a course quality is not upto the mark, please write to us at [email protected] about such a quality compromise. We will act upon the complain promptly.
The App may include links to other websites/blogs or other mobile applications, which might contain or support objectionable, inaccurate or unlawful material or content. We neither support nor do we endorse such services or products; these links are provided only to elaborate the summary or help end-users. We are not responsible for the inaccuracies or legal vulnerabilities of such sources.
In order to allow you to use the app, we will ask you to signup/login on ClassInsta. In such case, We expect You to provide accurate personal information, as asked.
We might stop the App (or alter partial or full functionalities) permanently or temporarily, for You or for general User or might change the nature of the App and/or terms of usage at Our sole discretion, without prior notice to You. Your use of the App after any such modification would mean that you have accepted to be bound by the Agreement (or as it may get modified)

D. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH ClassInsta
Any violation of this Agreement while using the App might result in a legal liability for You. You and only You are responsible for your conduct while using the App, and any subsequent consequence arising out of your conduct.
If any provision of this Agreement cannot be enforced owing to an unenforceability due to law, it will not affect the enforcement of other provisions of this Agreement.
We might choose not to act in case of breach of any provision of this Agreement, but this would certainly not mean, we cannot act or would not act with respect to further or similar breaches.

E. USING THE APP
The App will be downloaded from Google Play Store for its usage. Subsequent updates of the App will also be downloaded from Google Play store, for continued and uninterrupted access and use of the App.
Though the app is completely free for You as of now, we might amend our terms and impose some cost on using the App. Although we can’t promise to notify you in prior of any such modifications of our terms, we will try our best to notify you in prior.
ClassInsta grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on Your android device. But you are not entitled to copy the design, functionality or any of the components of the App. Reverse engineering the App for the purpose of extracting its code and assets would be considered a severe violation of this Agreement.

F. TERMINATION
Your access to the App may be terminated if:
You voluntarily uninstall the App from Your device;
You knowingly or unknowingly cause direct or indirect breach, as defined by ClassInsta in Our terms and conditions and privacy policy;
We are asked to do so by law;
We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice and may enforce a bar on Your access to the App or any future use of the App.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by terminating Your access to the App. However, Your certain obligations under this Agreement shall continue to prevail even on such termination.

G. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The App may be controlled and operated through any country and will be governed by the laws of the country where it is managed. If You use the App from any location, then, responsibility for compliance with the Indian laws will be on You.
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of conflict of interest with respect to this Agreement shall be settled in the courts located at Delhi, India.

H. DISCLAIMER
The course images and descriptions displayed in ClassInsta have been added by vendors. Although We try our best to ensure that they are genuine and do not interfere with anybody’s copyright, we do not guarantee any such protection.
ClassInsta will not be responsible for any misuse or data theft as a consequence of Your use of the App
YOU EXPRESSLY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU WILL NOT USE THE APP IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. ANY VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT MIGHT RESULT IN A LEGAL LIABILITY UPON YOU.
